Picture Update

Christmas Eve:
Time has been flying! This evening we took Jackson to church to hear our pastor read the Christmas story from Luke. It's the only time of year when all the kids are asked to come onstage and crowd around Brother Jimmy. Even for a big room, 200 kids on stage is a bit cramped...

Earlier this week we took our annual Christmas light flight around town to see the Christmas light displays from above. We found the Botanical Garden's Fantasy of Lights, the Bridgestreet Christmas Tree and our house among a multitude of other lights. We think there must be a city ordinance in Madison to decorate your home for Christmas. They had the rest of the area beat for Christmas spirit!

Jackson has gotten quite mobile in the last week. Not your traditional crawl, but a very efficient scoot nonetheless. Looks kind of like a breaststroke, only without the pool. He's also gotten quite clingy lately. While happy when we're around, he immediately breaks down any time we sneak away. It's just a matter of moments before he's scooted his way across the room in full chase!
