Busy Days

Just a quick update before going to bed. Jackson keeps improving! He's off the IV and feeding tube now. He's also no longer on a strict feeding schedule. He's allowed to take a bottle whenever he wants to and eat as much as he wants to. His oxygen saturation and heart rate are still being monitored but they've been looking good. The doctor says he could come home as early as Monday or Tuesday. His weight has leveled off. He's been at 4lb 3oz for the last 3 days. We're waiting for that to start going up and the nurse today said it could take another 5 or 6 days. He's also been wearing some of the outfits we've received!

In other news, Daddy's been tiling the kitchen... I've been hoping to get it all done before Jack gets here, but boy has it turned into a project! My preoccupation with that task has meant the blog's been suffering. Hopefully, I'll make some good progress tomorrow and get back to more important things, like keeping you updated on our cute little baby. :)
